What we collect

• Your email address (required)
• Your name (optional)
• The route you selected (optional)
• Consent flag & timestamp
• Technical: referrer, browser user-agent, submission time

What we use it for

To send you updates about the book Horizontal Thinking — early chapters, launch news, and related ideas. Nothing else. We do not use it for automated advertising profiling.

Legal basis

Your voluntary consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), given by ticking the consent box when you join. You may withdraw it at any time — see section 08.

Where & how long

Stored in Supabase (EU region, eu-west-1, Ireland) and served via Netlify's EU CDN. We keep your data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, and no longer than 3 years of inactivity, after which it is deleted.

Who we share it with

Only our processors, under data-processing agreements: Supabase (database hosting) and Netlify (site hosting). We never sell or rent your data. No transfers outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Automated decisions

None. There is no automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. A human reads and sends everything.
